At SIS we have a set of values, principles, and shared imperatives. These eleven aforementioned ecosystems guide our strategic planning, activities, as well as programs and project outcomes. Our imperatives go beyond how we approach our work, they speak to who we are as a community.

Our collective imperatives stem from our belief that sustainable impact is possible when we eliminate silos and work together in the spirit of Ujima “collective work and responsibility”.
